15噸級(jí)玉米加工設(shè)備能耗低，裝機(jī)功率30kW，自動(dòng)化程度高、操作可靠方便。操作人員2-3名。該玉米加工設(shè)備成品出品率：玉米糝、碴45-55%左右；玉米粉30-20%左右；玉米皮、胚25%左右，玉米糝、玉米粉總出品率75-80%。該機(jī)可對(duì)玉米的清理、脫皮、除胚、去根、去黑臍、破碎、取糝、分級(jí)、拋光、精選等工序。
15T-level corn processing equipment is featured with low energy consumption, high degree of automation and reliable & easy operation, with the installed power of 30kW. 2-3 operators are needed. The rate of finished products: corn grit: about 45-55%; corn flour: about 30-20%; corn bran & germ: about 25%, total yield of corn grit & corn flour: 75-80%. Cleaning, hulling, germ, root & black navel removal, breaking, corn grit extraction, grading and polishing of corn can be conducted by using this kind of equipment.
